CANNES - The glove-puppet star of Jodie Foster's "The Beaver" has stolen the show at Cannes, leaving Mel Gibson in the dust.
The small puppet was warmly received by Cannes audiences wherever he appeared, with (usually without) supporting antisemitic drunk Mel Gibson. "It was amazing," said the pint-sized star.
